Giraffes Can’t Dance

On Thursday 22nd June Ash Class performed in their first class assembly at WCPS.

The children used dance, rhyme and drama to tell one of their favourite stories, ‘Giraffes Can’t Dance’ by Giles Andrea. The boys rose to the challenge of performing dances including a waltz, tango and cha cha. Throughout the assembly the boys acted and danced with energy and enthusiasm. Their singing was fantastic and the children spoke with clear, expressive voices. It was lovely to see so many parents watching the assembly on the day and I hope everyone enjoyed the performance. Well done Ash Class, I am very proud of you all!
