On Thursday 2nd February the boys of 2C gave an inspirational performance that took the audience back to London 351 years ago.
The story of The Great Fire was told through a combination of exuberant singing, enthusiastic bell ringing, imaginative dancing and acting. From the distraught baker to the confused Mayor, the wise Samuel Pepys and the angry Londoners, all parts were acted with expressive and demonstrative performances.
The boys loved learning about this well known historical event and were very excited about the assembly. Congratulations to all on their fine performance.
Thank you to the parents for helping the boys to learn their lines and providing the costumes, especially the wigs. Thank you also for supporting them on the day. The boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were all very proud of their brilliant acting, narrating, singing and dancing.
