Our end of term Christmas Carol Service was outstanding and I know you will all agree that this festive event brings out the best in all our little kings, shepherds and angels! It was a real treat to be part of this family service.

It is a term when so much progress occurs within a short time. The new Reception boys are now settled into life at WCPS, the Year 1 boys have succeeded in making the significant transition into a new and more formal way of learning, and the Year 2 boys are in the process of winning places to future schools. I am delighted to note that so far our boys have sat for 56 places in Y3 at a wide range of schools and are currently achieving a 100% success rate, with 56 offers having been made.

It is perhaps a good time to take stock and appreciate all the boys’ achievements as we say goodbye to 2015.

Thank you for your encouragement and support throughout the term. As a staff we have huge respect for the time and effort you put into helping us educate your lovely boys. It was a wonderfully busy term and I hope you will enjoy your talented sons’ achievements evidenced in this newsletter.

I would like to wish you a Peaceful Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of the WCPS staff and we look forward to seeing you on January 5th.
