School Council News
It’s been a busy start to the school year for our new schools council representatives!
The boys took on their new responsibilities with great enthusiasm. They have attended meetings, helped out in school assemblies, supported charities and organised the cake sale which was a great success! We raised a huge £240 for the Bone Cancer Research Trust and Cystic Fibrosis.
We also supported “Jeans for Genes Day” by wearing our jeans and raised £202.78!
The school Council decided to support Operation Christmas Child and spoke to the boys in one of our whole school assemblies. This project was successful and we collected 57 shoebox gifts.
The boys were amazing at the Christmas Fair helping out with the Toy stall.
Next term the project will be to discuss improvements for the playground.
I would like to thank all the excellent School Council Representatives who have worked so hard during the term. Thank you, boys!
